Three metal companies from southern Finland are joining forces to implement increasingly demanding customer projects. The combined turnover of the ATT Alliance companies is approximately 10 million euros and they employ over fifty professionals.
The driving force behind the ATT Alliance is the Kaarina-based aluminium company TriDeck Oy, which is also joined by Alvars Oy and Trimet Oy. The name ATT is formed from the initials of the companies’ names.
The aim is to combine the experience, expertise and resources of the three companies to implement increasingly demanding metal and aluminium construction projects.
“ATT Alliance combines the strengths of the three companies in a way that has not been seen before in Finland. It is not a merger, but a strategic partnership that will diversify the service offering and give us all more muscle and impact in both the domestic and international markets,” says Kari Rouvali.
Rouvali is the CEO of two alliance companies, Trimet and TriDeck, and acts as the chairman of the owners of the ATT Alliance companies.
