TriDeck Oy proudly continues the legacy of Jukova Oy, which began in 1958, as a manufacturer of complete aluminum solutions and castings. Our decades of experience in pipe bending for the rail transport and boat industry, for example, is a solid foundation for our quality.
Our expertise also covers demanding turnkey deliveries, such as handrails and partitions for trams. In addition to the usual quality systems, special certificates, such as the rail transport bonding certificate EN 17460 Class A2, guarantee the quality of our operations.
Alvars Ltd is an independent engineering and design office founded in 2007. Although our roots are firmly in shipbuilding, over the years we have expanded our expertise to cover rail transport and other demanding mechanical design in a diverse way.
Our core competence is the design of demanding glass and steel structures, which extends from solutions for the marine industry to land-based projects. In the marine sector, this traditionally includes lifting and mooring design for sea transport and other marine engineering solutions. In the rail sector, our expertise is evident in the interior design and structural solutions we have delivered to the trams in Tampere and Helsinki, for example.
We utilize modern methods in our design work and have invested heavily in 3D printing. It enables rapid prototype manufacturing and the agile implementation of complex special components.
Our extensive customer base includes shipyards, shipping companies, machinery and equipment manufacturers, total suppliers to the marine industry and operators in the rail transport sector.
Our company’s special expertise is demanding sheet metal parts. Our knowledgeable experts and new machinery ensure high-quality production. We manufacture sheet metal parts from both our own and customers’ raw materials.
If necessary, we can also assist our customer in product design and act as a prototype manufacturer. For component deliveries, demanding machining parts and surface treatment of our products, we use reliable and high-quality suppliers of our choice. Our high-quality production process guarantees the production of high-quality sheet metal parts.
Trimet was founded in 1986 and since 1992 we have focused on the manufacture of sheet metal products. The company employs about 35 people and our turnover is about 6 million euros.
Our customers are leading machine and equipment manufacturers operating in the export and domestic markets. The sheet metal products we manufacture go to e.g. equipment for the pharmaceutical industry, employment in the electrical and electronics industries, and ships, trains and mining machinery.
Thanks to the new machine base, our operations have also expanded to meet the needs of the heavier engineering industry.
